Cyclic pressure loading for component life
Cyclic pressure loading for components such as landing-gear brake discs and valves, used to establish service life. Alternating hydraulic pressure is adjustable from 0 to 60 MPa; pressure control accuracy is ±1% of setpoint or ±0.5 MPa, whichever is greater; cycling frequency is adjustable from 0 to 5.0 Hz under automatic control. Waveforms include sine, T-shape and damped, with rise rate, fall rate and high/low dwell times configurable for trapezoidal cycles.
