Test equipment is delivered per project: confirm the unit under test and test requirements, complete mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and control design, carry out fabrication and assembly, then commission and accept in-house.
Bench size, pressure class, flow and measurement points follow the unit under test and the test programme. Where on-site installation and joint commissioning are involved, scope is agreed in the contract.
Share the unit under test, test items, pressure and flow ranges and measurement points.
Agree bench format, instrumentation, pricing and timing.
Fabricate and assemble mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and control systems to the agreed design.
Commission in-house, verify performance and hand over for acceptance.
Share the unit under test, test items, pressure and flow ranges, measurement points and required date. Test programmes or drawings can be emailed for bench evaluation.
