Oil Condition Monitoring System
Portable contamination and water-in-oil testing
A portable system that measures particulate contamination, water content and oil temperature, allowing wear of hydraulic components to be assessed and system risk anticipated. A laser sensor provides optical particle counting across 4–38 μm(c) channels; cleanliness is rated to ISO 4406:99, ISO 4406:87, NAS 1638 and SAE AS 4059; results are output over RS-232, with data managed by an external computer and software.
